As the Design Manager at NotCo, a plant-based food company, I created graphics for all NotCo US needs including NotMilk packaging, social assets, and shopper marketing, as we launched in the US and continued to expand into various retailers and new markets.

I provided art direction for campaigns, photoshoots, and sampling activations and coordinated with the global design, social, and marketing teams on communication, brand development, and product packaging.

NotMilk Packaging 

Packaging design and photography art direction for NotMilk 64oz Chocolate, Whole, 1%, and 2% and NotMilk 8oz Whole and Chocolate packs.

Everything you love about milk, only it’s NOT.

NotMilk is a plant-based milk designed to taste and function like dairy milk. It’s formulated with a unique collaboration between AI, programmers, food scientists, and chefs focused on sustainability, taste, and innovation and consistenly asking “why not?”  

For NotMilk’s US packaging design, we aimed to capture both NotCo’s challenging spirit and dairy category standards. Leaning further into decadence for NotMilk Chocolate, we featured a dripping chocolate bar  prominentely on the pack.

Art direction for NotMilk photoshoots, in collaboration with Aaron Bernstein. In these we aimed to display the versatility of NotMilk, in various plant-based dishes and drinks, and capture NotCo’s bold and colorful brand style. 



Design and production of all NotCo US social content around pillars of taste, functionality, sustainability, and community, including preparing and shooting some original photo and video content.
